This hotel is a gem on the outskirts of Ipswich. The location is surprisingly rural, giving it a much better feel than other hotels in the area. It's perfect if you're planning to explore Ipswich or the surrounding areas for work. The staff are extremely welcoming and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the basic amenities you need, even though the thermostat can be a bit temperamental. The breakfast served here is outstanding, with a really cheery waitress ensuring that your order is cooked to perfection.
All was well with this hotel.

This hotel is well situated, not far from the centre in Ipswich, making it convenient for exploring the city. The value for money was great, especially considering its location to the Tesco store and the pub next door. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was commendable. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan provided in the room was sufficient in moving hot air and ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, cooked to order, was served by a really cheery waitress, adding to the positive experience.
All was well, no major issues or complaints.

Great local location, easy to access with a car. Quiet and peaceful. the nearby park and ride is convenient for visiting the city. a good choice of supermarkets, coffee shop and takeaways close by. Room was clean and tidy, and staff were friendly and helpful.
Pillows were too soft, so it would be better to bring your own.

We had a fantastic weekend away in a clean and comfy room in a quiet location on Suffolk's coast. the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. the location near the Beagle pub was a plus, with outside tables for enjoying summer drinks. We also appreciated the included amenities like wifi and a hairdryer in the room.
The TV was positioned off to the side from the bed, which was a bit odd.

Location & Cleanliness
Spent Christmas at this hotel and was happy with the location, which allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy on arrival, which made for a decent first impression. the staff were friendly and hospitable.
The lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable stay. , the breakfast selection was below average and ran out quickly - not ideal when you're trying to enjoy a leisurely morning.
